Al Rimal Trading LLC leased the unit for use as a regional administrative office. During the contract signing process, the company representative confirmed that the premises will be used strictly for office operations and not for retail activity.

The company requested permission to install additional office partitions and a small meeting room inside the unit. The landlord approved the request under the condition that any structural modifications must comply with building management regulations and be reversible at the end of the lease term.

The tenant has provided all required corporate documentation, including the trade license, company registration certificate, and identification documents of the authorized signatory. All documents were verified and uploaded to the system for record purposes.

The tenant has also requested two parking access permits for company staff members. Building management approved one parking space immediately, while the second permit will be issued once an additional parking space becomes available.

Payment for the annual rent was arranged through four post-dated cheques issued under the company bank account.
